Baby Girl Amara Noel Walker

Baby Girl Amara Noel Walker, 7 months gained her wings on Saturday, August 29, 2020, at Sentara Obici Hospital in Suffolk, Virginia. Amara was born on January 17, 2020, in Suffolk, Virginia, to parents, Shaniqua Walker and Derek Moreyra. She was a very loving, playful child, Amara was known by her family and friends to be sharp, smart, and goofy. "She loved listening to music, eating animal crackers and getting kisses" said her mother, Shaniqua. Amara is survived by her parents, Shaniqua and Derk; her sister Ma'Lani; her paternal grandparents, Pameala and Sergio Moreyra; her maternal grandparents, Chandra Gonzalez, Juan Gonzalez, Sr. and Frank Parrott; her Aunt's Nikki Daughtrey, Shalimar Davis and Jalisa Gonzalez, her uncles Benito Moreyra, Ja'Quan Gonzalez, David Vann and Juan Gonzalez, Jr. Amara has host of cousins; as well as her god parents Desiree Boone, Tierra Rawls, Austin Carr. A celebration of life will take place 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, September 9, 2020 at The Divine Church of Deliverance and Transformation Holiness in Suffolk, Virginia. All are invited.
