Baby Boy Legenn E. Cooley

Our little angel, Legenn Emmanuel Cooley, was born sleeping on January 28, 2022 at Norfolk General Hospital. Our lives were touched by his struggle to be here and the beautifulness that we got to touch him at all. Legenn will forever live in the hearts of his mommy and daddy. He is preceded in death by his paternal great-grandfather, Carl Mayfield, great-grandmothers, Shirley Richardson, Amy Mayfield and Rosa Lee Alston. He leaves to cherish his memories, his parents, Mother, Zarriah L. Jordan and Father, Alante’ O. Cooley, of Suffolk, VA. maternal grandmother, Susan Milow (Johnnie) of Suffolk, VA; maternal grandfather, Reginald McNeal (Tracey) of Tampa, Florida; paternal grandmother, Shawanee Waters (Cordrell) of Suffolk, VA; paternal grandfather, Allen Cooley of Virginia Beach, VA; Great-grandparents, Ubert & Paulette Boswell of Manchester, Jamaica; siblings, Skyy, Auria, Ka’Ron, Charlee, Emory and Alante’. Uncle, Alphonso Randolph, Jr., of Suffolk, VA, Aunts: Jayda Milow, Jordyn Milow, Amani Cooley, Gelisa Chapman of Suffolk, VA, Asia Shack of VA Beach, VA, Morgan Faison, Brooke McNeal, Summer McNeal, Sage McNeal of Tampa, Florida; Godparent, Derynn Hoagan. A host of great-uncles, great-aunts and cousins. A memorial service will be held on Thursday, February 10, 2022, 1:00 pm in the chapel of Crocker Funeral Home, 900 East Washington Street, Suffolk, VA. The interment will be at Carver Memorial Cemetery. Rev. Daniel E. House, Pastor of Lakeview Missionary Baptist Church will be officiating the services. Masks are required.
