Alfred Lee Brown

Alfred Lee Brown, 59, of Mill Street, Suffolk, Virginia transitioned Saturday, September 7, 2019 at his residence. He was the son of the late Arnetta E. Peele Brown and Alphonso O. Brown, Sr. He was attended Forest Glen High School and worked in Construction. He also attended Gethsemane Baptist Church. He leaves to cherish his memory his daughter, Katherine Artis of Suffolk; three sons, Keshaun Artis(Cynthia) of Patterson, NJ, Raivon Artis (Shatana) of Suffolk and Kevon Artis of Suffolk; three sisters, Clara M. Faulk (David), Diane Knight,and Barbara G. Lewis(Frankie); four brothers, Alphonso O. Brown Jr.(Sandra) of Suffolk, Kelvin J. Brown of Brooklyn, Milton N. Brown of Suffolk, and Earnest E. Brown of Suffolk; 9 grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, and friends. A celebration of life will be held 1:00 p.m. Saturday, September 14, 2019 at Total Transformation House of Praise. Elder G.P. Whitfield will deliver the message of comfort.
