Minster Crystal Arlene Reid-Sessoms died peacefully in her home, surrounded by family on Friday, December 29, 2017 in Hanover, MD at the age of 57.She is preceded in death by her mother, Elsie Reid; and brothers Anthony and Kenny Reid, of Suffolk, VA. Crystal is survived by her father, Charlie Reid of Suffolk, VA; husband, Lonnie Sessoms of Hanover, MD; son, Patrick Reid of Suffolk VA; grandchildren, Alexis, Miracle and Miraya; siblings, Charlie and Sherry Reid Jr, Lonnie Reid, Milton and Carmental Reid, Elsie Reid-Carter and Dennis Richardson, and Brenda Collins of Suffolk, VA; Jimmy and Auset Reid of Severn, MD and Linda Reid-Eure  and Dennis Eure of NC.Crystal, or Arlene, as she was referred to by her family and close friends, was born on October 15,1960 in Suffolk, VA to Charlie and Elsie Reid. After marrying and relocating to Hanover, MD, Crystal began working for Fort Meade Army Base as a house keeper. Over a few short years, she became a well sought after project manager and eventually started her own businesses, Eternity Inc. and Forever Clean Commercial Cleaning Service. As a successful Black business owner, she was a job provider for many throughout the Baltimore Washington Metropolitan Area.Crystal was very dedicated to her faith in God and was ordained as a minster in July 2017. She was a generous and dedicated member of Apostolic Breakthrough International Ministries and it could be said that her first ministry was as Family Chef for countless Reid Family celebrations. A celebration of life will be held noon, Tuesday, January 9, 2018 at New Pauls Temple Holiness Church. She will be laid to rest in Carver Memorial Cemetery.
