Herbert Scott, Jr, 83, of Suffolk, Virginia transitioned Monday, December 11, 2017 at Maryview Medical Center. A celebration of life will be held noon December 16, 2017 at Tabernacle Baptist Outreach Center. He will be laid to rest in Poplar Run Baptist Church Cemetery. Professional services with dignity have been entrusted to Crocker Funeral Home, Inc.
