Herbert Scott, Jr, 83, of Suffolk, Virginia transitioned Monday, December 11, 2017 at Maryview Medical Center. A celebration of life will be held noon December 16, 2017 at Tabernacle Baptist Outreach Center. He will be laid to rest in Poplar Run Baptist Church Cemetery.
