Karen Regenia Fox

Karen Regenia Fox, 66, of County Street, Portsmouth, Virginia transitioned Saturday, December 9, 2017 at Maryview Medical Center. She was the daughter of the late Sarah Brown and Roscoe Langhorne. She was preceded in death by her husband, Lorenzo Jessie Fox, Sr. and sister, Wendy Wright. Karen was a graduate of John F. Kennedy High School she continued her studies at Tidewater Community College where she attained her associates in Social Work and recently from Norfolk State University where she attained her B.S in Social Work. She was employed with Circle K Convenience Store. She leaves to cherish her memory three daughters, Erica Fox (Damean Rogers) of Chipiona, Cadiz, Spain, Isis Fox of Portsmouth, VA and Jessica Fox of Pinebluff, NC; son, Kelvin L. Fox, Sr. of Portsmouth, VA; sister, Sharon Shannon of Queens, NY; three brothers, Daniel Brown, Vincent Wright and Ralph Wright all of Brooklyn, NY; 8 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; 13 nieces and nephews; other relatives and friends. A celebration of life will be held noon Saturday, December 16, 2017 at Gates of Heaven Church, 112 Beech Street, Suffolk, Virginia 23434.
