Wanda Ballard Morgan, 58, of Suffolk died August 17, 2017, 2017 at her residence. She was born December 15, 1958 in Nansemond County (Suffolk), Virginia.Wanda was a 1977 graduate of Forest Glen High School and attended Norfolk State University, Norfolk, Virginia and pledged "The Sisterhood of Omicron Xi Epsilon. She worked for the Alcoholic Beverage Control Store for several years.She was preceded in death by her father, Winborne Lawrence, stepfather, Joseph Brodie and brother, Fred E. Ballard, Jr.Wanda is survived by her daughter, Brandy Morgan-Boyd (Basil) of Suffolk; son, Brandon Kyle Morgan of Suffolk; mother, Mae C. Brodie of Suffolk; three sisters, Amelia Ballard of Vallejo, CA,  Jennifer Baker (David) of Suffolk and Thelma Cromwell-Quick of Chesapeake; brother, Tyrone Ballard of Suffolk; two awesome grandchildren, Malaina Holmes and Jacob K. Boyd; a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.A celebration of life will be held 12:00 noon Thursday, August 24, 2017 at Lakeview Missionary Baptist Church. Rev. Daniel E.
