Bishop Edward P. Foreman

Bishop Edward P. (Ed) Foreman received his call on June 25, 2017 to relocate to his new home in heaven.  Bishop Foreman was a native of Norfolk, VA and graduated from Booker T. Washington High School in 1954. He received his Bachelors in Social Work degree from Norfolk State University in 1973, and his Doctorate from the Theological Seminary in Baltimore, Maryland. Bishop Foreman was the Pastor of the St Paul RZUA Church, Suffolk, VA for 32 years. He retired from the US Navy in 1975 and was a decorated Vietnam Veteran. He had a beloved daughter who is now deceased Cathy Foreman-Geter. He leaves to cherish his memories; His devoted wife Christine Foreman, two sisters-in-law, Ms. Ivery Knight (Suffolk, VA) Ms. Ella Clark (Chester, VA), nieces, nephews and cousins. Celebration of life will be held on Friday June 30, 2017 from 6pm-9pm. And Saturday July 1, 2017 at 11a.m. Both services will be held at the St Paul Church 615 Spruce St Suffolk, VA.  He will be laid to rest in Roosevelt Memorial Cemetery.
