Arlene Suzette Jones Duke,52, of Nansemond Parkway transitioned Friday, September 30, 2016. She was born to Georgia Jones and the late William Henry Jones, Jr. She was a graduate of John F. Kennedy High School c/o 1982. She attended Norfolk State University and Virginia Commonwealth University. She was a member of Christian Home Baptist Church where she was a member of the Mass Choir.Arlene leaves to cherish her memory her husband Jarvis Duke of Suffolk, VA; two daughters, Jahnaye Duke and Janaye Duke both of Suffolk, VA; two sons, Jarelle Duke and Jaylan Duke both of Suffolk, VA; step-daughter, D'Andrea Sears of Suffolk, VA; mother, Georgia Jones of Suffolk, VA; brother, William "Tim" Henry Jones, III of Suffolk, VA; step grandson, Rai'Kwon Gilliam; niece, Octavia Jones; three aunts, Josephine Brown (Harvey) of Suffolk, VA, Addie Goodman (Charles) of Suffolk, VA and Deborah London (Keith) of Hampton, VA; uncle, Ronnie Jones (Nancy) of Florida; mother-in-law, Marie Duke of Suffolk, VA; one sister-in-law, Verlia Taylor (Jesse) of Suffolk, VA; devoted friends, Crystal Rice, Linda Reid and Pastor Wendell M. Waller, a host of other family and friends.A celebration of life will be held at 1:00 p.m. Friday, October 7, 2016 at Christian Home Baptist Church, 20123 Longview Dr. Windsor, VA 23487. Rev.
