Sallie A. Kelly

Sallie A. Kelly, 80, of Suffolk transitioned Thursday, September 29, 2016, and had just celebrated her 80th birthday on September 11. She was one of eight children of the late William and Rachael Kelly; she had four brothers and two sisters, who preceded her in death, and leaves behind her remaining sister, Mary Ann Sawyer, of Suffolk. Also left to cherish her memory are two daughters, Dale K. Morris and Terry Kelly, of Suffolk, and two sons, Leslie Kelly, of Suffolk, and Daniel (Tonya) Kelly, of Smithfield. Sallie will surely be missed also by her 12 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews, cousins, and other family and friends. Sallie was a wonderful person who loved and was loved by everyone.A celebration of life will be held 11 a.m. Saturday, October 8, 2016 at Balm of Gilead Missionary Baptist Church located at 3731 White Marsh Road. Bishop A.S. Hall will officiate. She will be laid to rest in Pleasant Hill Cemetery. Professional services with dignity have been entrusted to Crocker Funeral Home, Inc.
