Taliyah "LiaBia" Azariah Cooper was born on February 16, 2016 and gained her wings on July 9, 2016 both in Norfolk, Virginia. She was a princess born to Jazmine Kelly and Dominique Cooper. Although her time here on earth was short, the impact she had on everyone she came in contact with was beyond remarkable. Taliyah laughed and smiled throughout her 4 month continuously bringing joy and happiness to everyone she touched.Taliyah experienced holding many hands, hugs and kisses from dear relatives and friends. in addition to her parents, she is deeply loved and survived by her older Brother Dominique; grandmothers: Tracy, Mavis and Kathleen; grandfathers: Cory, Robert, Keith, Sheldon and Arthur; great grandfathers: Felton; Aunts, Quiera, Tishara, Laquanya, Jessice and Jovi; uncles, Antonio, Cory, Turin, Christian, Jermaine, Chemetre and Robert; Godparents, Janet, Tangy, Ren and Tony and a host of other relatives and friends who loved our little diva very much.A celebration of life will be held 11 a.m. Friday, July 15, 2016 in the Melvin J.
