Cherry Wiggins,94, transitioned on Wednesday, July 6, 2016 at her residence 539 Chisholm Lane, Suffolk. Ms. Wiggins was a native of Nansemond County. She was preceded in death by her parents, the late Blannie Ramsey and Eugene Boone.A celebration of life will be held 1:00 p.m. Monday, July 11, 2016 at Zion Christian Church. Rev.
