Delia M. Walker

Delia Mae Walker, 74, of Gatesville, NC transitioned Thursday, June 16, 2016. She was the daughter of the late Josh Hall and Helen Mae Simpson. She is preceded in death by her husband Willie Walker; two sisters, Adele Knight and Yvonne Richardson; brother, David Simpson. She retired in 1982 from Smithfield Packing after numerous years of service. She leaves to cherish her memory her sons, Anthony Hall and Reginald Hall both of Virginia Beach; three sisters, Alice Walker, Barbara Wiggins and Casandra McDonald; 8 grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.A celebration of life will be held 11:00 a.m. Saturday, June 25, 2016 in the Melvin J.
