Ethel L. King

Ethel L. Fulgham-King,80, of Starboard Road, Chesapeake transitioned, Tuesday May 17, 2016 at Carrington Place of Chesapeake. She was born in Isle of Wight County to the late Clara Mae Fulgham and Sampson Jeff Fulgham. She was preceded in death by her husband Howard King. She was a domestic worker and a member of Rising Star Church, Smithfield, Virginia where she served on the Missionary Board and was a member of the Senior Choir. Ethel Lee is survived by her son, Melvin E. Fulgham of Chesapeake, VA; sister, Brenda D. Hatton (William) of Suffolk, VA; two brothers, Earnest R. Fulgham of Newport News, VA and Fletcher J. Fulgham of Suffolk; three grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren; special friend and caregiver, Willie Mae Boyd; a host of other relatives and friends.A celebration of life will be held noon Tuesday, May 24, 2016 in the Melvin J. Blowe Chapel of Crocker Funeral Home, Inc. She will be laid to rest in Macedonia Baptist Church Cemetery. Professional services with dignity have been entrusted to Crocker Funeral Home, Inc.
