Terrance Lee Hill

On Wednesday evening May 4, 2016, God called Terrance Lee Hill from earthly toils to heavenly rest. Terrance was preceded in death by his brother Sandy Hill and sister Angela Holliman.Terrance attended John F. Kennedy High School in Suffolk, VA. He was formerly employed at Smithfield Packing Company. He gave his life to Christ and joined Sixth Street Baptist Church where he attended regularly until his health began to fail.Terrance Hill was known for his easy smile and his quiet strength. Even during his illness, he had an inspirational spirit.Terrance was blessed with a large loving and supportive family. He leaves to cherish pleasant memories his mother; Mary Frances Hill; daughter, Quaimeter Darden; son Terrell Blizzard of Mary; two granddaughters, and one grandson; eight sisters, Ivey Hill, Zelda Hill, Joann Hill-Hyman (Carver), Francina Hicks, Melvina Hill, Jackie Faulk, Edith Rylander and Renee Rodgers; six brothers, Marvin Hill, Brian Hill (Shelia), Cory Hill, Ron Hill, Donald Hill-Eley and Edward Daniel, a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.A celebration of life will be held 1:00 p.m. Saturday, May 14, 2016 at Sixth Street Baptist Church. Rev. John Henry Jordan will deliver the eulogy. He will be laid to rest in Carver Memorial Cemetery. Professional services with dignity have been entrusted to Crocker Funeral Home, Inc.
