Gilbert Earl Kindred, 45, of 2463 Carolina Road, Suffolk, VA died Sunday, April 17, 2016 in Newport News, VA. He was a native of Staunton, VA and the son of Earl T. and Mamie L. Kindred.He graduated from John F. Kennedy High School. He was employed at James Trucking in Newport News.Besides his parents he leaves to cherish his memory his son, Marquis Wilson Kindred of Suffolk; brother, Timothy Tyrone Hunter of Suffolk; one grandchild, Madison Adrianna Kindred; maternal grandmother, Lucy Langston of Gatesville, NC; devoted friend, Marty Holden; uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of friends.A funeral service will be held at 12:00 noon, Tuesday, April 26, 2016 at King Grove Pentecostal Church, 6300 Old Myrtle Road, Suffolk officiated by Bishop John H. Kindred.
