Mary Goodman

Mary E. Goodman, 71, of Hawk Lane transitioned March 1, 2016 at her residence. She is the daughter of the late Mary E. Goodman and Paul C. Goodman, Sr. She was preceded in death by her son, Ricky R. Goodman and brother, James L. Brown. She was a member of Friendship C.O.G.I.C. She leaves to cherish her memory her daughter, Cynthia Goodman McLaughlin (Calvin-deceased), four sons, Clarence B. Goodman, Shelby W. Goodman, Thomas L. Goodman and Kevin O. Goodman; three sisters, Forence E. Staggs (Felix), Florine M. Goodman and Pauline Walker (Andrew); three brothers, Paul C. Goodman Jr., Eugene Goodman (Gloria) and William G. Goodman; a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. A celebration of life will be held 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, March 8, 2016 at Friendship Cathedral C.O.G.I.C 5511 Godwin Blvd, Suffolk, Virginia. Dr. Chas will be the eulogist.
