Lisa Broadnax

Lisa A. Broadnax, 57 of Suffolk, VA died Tuesday, February 2, 2016 at Sentara Obici Hospital. She was a native of Franklin, VA and the daughter of Jesse Lee Broadnax, Sr. of Portsmouth, VA and Fannie A. Bowers of Suffolk, VA. She attended Portsmouth City Schools. She was the owner of Lisa’s Truck Company. She leaves to cherish her memory her father, Jesse Lee Broadnax, Sr.; stepfather and mother, Clifton F. and Fannie A. Bowers; brother, Jesse Lee Broadnax, Jr. of Portsmouth, VA; nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, February 11, 2016 at East End Baptist Church officiated by Dr. Wayne Faison. Interment will be in Morning Star Baptist Church Cemetery, Windsor, VA. The family will receive friends at 605 Hollywood Avenue, Suffolk, VA.
