Caslyn "Carolyn" Mack

Caslyn "Carolyn" Mack 65,peacefully transtiioned into eternal sleep on Tuesday, November 24, 2015 at her residence. "Carolyn" was a native of Nansemond County. She was born to the late George Jordan and Geraldine Diggs. She was a graduate of John F. Kennedy High School and continued her education at Paul D. Camp Community College in Franklin, VA. "Carolyn" worked for General Electric and then for Planter's where she remained employed for 17 years. She later became employed as a Patient Care Assistant for Home Health Care in Nursing. "Carolyn" was a loving and generous person who often participated in various charities throughout her life. "Carolyn" was the daughter of the late Geraldine Diggs, the step-daughter of Clifford "Sunny" Diggs, the mother of Dawn Everett (Karl Jones) and the late Dontwoine Everett and the grandmother of Kaneisha Smith. "Carolyn" was a mother to many of her nieces and nephews. She was a member of Angelica Christian Worship Center where she served as a faithful usher. Pastor Melvin Boone was her pastor. She leaves to cherish her memories her daughter, Dawn, granddaughter, Kaneisha; four sisters, Georgia Ann Laugher (Maurice), Maggie Archer (George), Gwendolyn Smith, Sandra Watkins (Shephard); four brothers, George Jordan (Marie), Lonnie Muhammad (Sheila), Malcom Jordan and Wayne Jordan; a devoted friend, Ella Richards. She was preceded in death by her sister, Linda Jordan.A celebration of life will be held 12:00 noon, Wednesday, December 2, 2015 in the Melvin Blowe Chapel of Crocker Funeral Home, Inc.
