Alfred Lee Hall

 Alfred Lee “Pop Hall”, 59, of Suffolk, VA was called home Friday, November 6, 2015. He was born March 2, 1956 to Alfred Cole, Sr. and Odessa King. Alfred was a devoted truck driver for 42 years. He graduated from John F. Kennedy High School in 1973. He loved his San Francisco 49ers and basketball. He was a family man. He was preceded in death by his birth parents and adopted mother Verna Hall. He is survived by adopted father William Hall of Suffolk, VA, one daughter Alicia Y. Hall (Travoris) of Suffolk, VA, one sister Shelia Pelham of Suffolk, VA, two brothers Jerry King (Kim) of Ahoskie, NC and Gregory Pelham of Suffolk, VA, one stepdaughter Teresa Boone of Suffolk, VA three stepsons, Kelvin Boone Sr. (Regina), and Travis Brown of Suffolk, VA and Alvin Boone (Tammy) of Chesterfield, VA; one grandson Jamir N. Hall of Suffolk, VA; nine step grandchildren Amir Williams, Kwmane Boone, De’Shaun Fryer, Kelvin Boone, Jr., Al-Va Boone, Ashanti Boone, Annjolene Boone, Erick Mack Jr and DeZayne Mack all of Suffolk; devoted Aunt Emma Grasty of Suffolk, VA, aunt, Bessie King; niece, April Jones; two nephews, Chrsitian Pelham and Lavarius Jones of Suffolk, VA, devoted friend Genice Hall; two close friends Carris Manson and James Eason and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. A celebration of life will be held 1:00 P.M Thursday, November 12, 2015 in the Melvin Blowe Chapel of Crocker Funeral Home, Inc. He will be laid to rest in Pleasant Hill Cemetery.
