Mr. Algernon LaCurtis "Boo" Langston,40, entered eternal rest and received his heavenly wings Friday, October 9, 2015 at Sentara Obici Hospital. He was a native of Suffolk, born on April 25, 1975 to Thelma Langston-Edwards and Reginald Scott. He is preceded in death by his maternal grandparents Roland and Thelma Langston and Paternal grandparents Alfred and Frances Scott.Algernon attended Nansemond River High School , worked many years at Smithfield Packing Company, City of Suffolk and was a well known lawn keeper.He leaves to cherish his memory his dedicated mother, Thelma Langston-Edwards (Bennie), father, Reginald Scott; 3 sons, Rasheed J. Deloatch, Shaiquan Evans and Algernon D. Langston; granddaughter Ra'Monii Deloatch, brother, Alajuwun L. Langston, sister Kenya Scott, special friend Vanessa Cooke and many many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.A funeral service will be held Thursday, October 15, 2015 at Palm Tree Baptist Church.
