Henry James McDonald, 84 of 300 Linden Ave., Suffolk, died Thursday, Dec. 26, 2013, at his residence. He was a native of Nansemond County and the son of the late Henry Wilson McDonald and Sarah Jane Randell.He is survived by his wife, Casandra McDonald; seven daughters; six sons; two sisters; one brother; nine grandchildren; sisters-in-law and brother-in-law; many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.A funeral will be held at noon, Thursday, Jan. 2, 2014, in the chapel of Crocker Funeral Home officiated by Suffragan Bishop Madison Copeland. Interment will be in Carver Memorial Cemetery.
