David C. WhitfieldDavid C. Whitfield of 401 Oak Street, Suffolk, VA died Saturday, February 8, 2014 at his residence. He was a native of Nansemond County and the son of the late Paul C. Whitfied and Margaret E. Cotton.He is survived by one son, Eric A. Killebrew; one brother, Howard Whitfield; one sister, Mildred W. Baker; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.A funeral service will be 1:00 p.m. Saturday, February 15, 2014 in the chapel of Crocker Funeral Home officiated by Bishop Dwight Whitfield.
