Ernest Lee BrownErnest Lee Brown, 61 died Monday, February 24, 2014 at Sentara Obici Hospital. He was a native of Suffolk, Virginia and the son of the late John Goffigan, Sr. and Lillie Goffigan.He attended Suffolk High School. Ernest retired after 29 years at Planters Peanut Company in the Sanitation Department. He leaves to cherish his memory two sons, Phillip Hines and Rahshee McIntyre; four sisters, Glennis Ruffin (Wayne), Joan Mills, Valerie Barrett (Arthur), and Regina Odom (Fidel); one brother, John K. Goffigan (Ida); five grandchildren; a very devoted and special friend, Carolyn Knight; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends. A graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, March 1, 2014 at Carver Memorial Cemetery.
