Joseph BoothJoseph Terry Booth, 47 of 223 North Division Street, Suffolk died Sunday, August 24, 2014 at his residence. He was a native of Suffolk and the son of Joseph H. Booth and Margrit A. Booth.He was a 1987 graduate of John F. Kennedy High School. He was a Longshoreman, Local 1248. Joseph was a member of New Mt. Joy Food For Living Ministries.He leaves to cherish his memory his daughter, Joquanna Booth of Suffolk; his parents, Joseph H. Booth and Margrit Booth of Suffolk; extended children, Monique Gore, Terrial Gore, Kearsha Boykins, Curtis Boykins, Keona Gore, Ashley Gore, Howard Gore, Nydaijah Hamlin; one sister, Lynette Smith (Barry) of Suffolk; brothers, Dr. Earl Boone of Portsmouth, VA, Scottie Boone and Robert Booth of Suffolk; granddaughter, Ka’leigh Booth; nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles, and a host of friends.A funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Friday, August 29, 2014 at New Mt. Joy Food For Living Ministries. Interment will be in Carver Memorial Cemetery. The family will receive friends at 609 Spruce Street, Suffolk.
