Traevis SmithTraevis DeVon Smith entered into eternal rest Tuesday, December 30, 2014 at the age of 22 after a long battle with leukemia. He was born in Suffolk, VA on January 2, 1992 and was the only child born to Nicole Smith and the late Raleigh Butler. He attended Kings Fork High School and was very active until his health began to deteriorate. He enjoyed the simple things of life – loving his daughter, watching TV, playing video games, and social media. He leaves behind a proud legacy to cherish his memory: his fiancé, Zieera Knight and his 13 month old princess “London”, both of Suffolk, VA; his one brother Raleigh House; his maternal grandparents Louvenia Smith, Percy Arrington and Alvester Harris of Suffolk, VA; his paternal grandparents, Raleigh Dowdy and the late Pauline Butler of Suffolk, VA; three special devoted cousins Raymon Smith, Kartoria Arline and Tiffany Hunter; one nephew and a host of other cousins and friends.
