Carrie Inell IngramCarrie Inell Ingram, 61 died Sunday, February 8, 2015 at Sentara Nursing Center. She was a native of Suffolk, VA and the daughter of the late Joe Ingram, Jr. and Dorothy Williams Ingram. She was preceded in death by her son, Craig Jerrod Ingram; one sister, Dorothy Ingram Brooks; and one brother, Gilbert Ingram.She was employed at Nub Jones Independent Living for 15 years as a CNA. Carrie was a member of Antioch United Church of Christ.She leaves to cherish her memory two sons, TheAndre A. Ingram, Sr. (Marvett) and Travis A. Ingram, Sr. (Linda); one sister, Patricia Hyman (Jeffery); three brothers, Joe Ingram, III, Phil Ingram (Valencia) and Larry Ingram; six grandchildren; special friend, Mike Harris; other relatives and friends.A funeral service will be held at 12:00 noon Saturday, February 14, 2015 at Antioch United Church of Christ officiated by Rev. Jarvis A. Jones, Pastor. Interment will be held in Carver Memorial Cemetery. The family will receive friends at 506 Cedar Court, Suffolk.
