Edwin “Doole” Clyde Warren, Jr.Edwin “Doole” Clyde Warren, Jr. 79 of 20678 Thomas Woods Trail, Zuni, VA died Monday, March 2, 2015 at Sentara Obici Hospital. He was a native of Isle of Wight County, VA and the son of Edwin Clyde Warren, Sr. and Rosa Mae Purdie. He was preceded in death by two brothers, Raymond Warren and Milton Warren.He was a member of Shiloh Baptist Church, Windsor, VA where he was a trustee. He was a truck driver for GTL and was a farmer for 60 years.He leaves to cherish his memory his wife, Romine Butler Warren; two daughters, Christine E. Brown (George) of Newport News, VA and Deborah J. Perry (Michael) of Newport News, VA; two sons, Edwin Warren, III (Shirley) of Zuni, VA and Bobby E. Warren (Stephanie) of Chesapeake, VA; one sister, Frances Butler (Joe) of Zuni, VA; one brother, Kelly Warren of Zuni; two sisters-in-law, Thelma Saunders of Zuni, VA and Catherine Butler of Ivor, VA; brothers-in-law, Willie P. Butler of Maryland and James Butler (Juanita) of Va Beach, VA; five grandchildren and three great grandchildren; other relatives and friends.A funeral service will be held at 2:30 p.m. Sunday, March 8, 2015 at Shiloh Baptist Church, Windsor, VA officiated by Pastor Larry Simmons. Interment will be in Gilfield Baptist Church Cemetery. A visitation will be held Saturday, March 7, 2015 from 5 – 7:00 p.m. at Crocker Funeral Home.
