Eloise WineganEloise B. Winegan, 74 of 3220 Duquesne Drive, Chesapeake, VA died Thursday, March 12, 2015 at Sentara Norfolk General Hospital. She was a native of Nansemond County and the daughter of the late William Blizzard and Carrie Blizzard. She was preceded in death by her husband, Shepard Winegan.She leaves to cherish her memory three daughters, Melissa L. Blizzard of Suffolk, Tabatha Hargrove (Ronald) of Chester, VA and Shelia Jones (Stanley) of Chesapeake, VA; two sons, Thomas Blizzard (Lisa) of Laurel Maryland and William Winegan (Michelle) of Suffolk; seventeen grandchildren, thirteen great grandchildren and one great great grandchild; other relatives and friends.A celebration of life will be held 2:00 P.M. Tuesday, March 17, 2015 at Point Harbor Community Church, 2705 Taylor RoadChesapeake, Virginia.
