Larry LandLarry Land, 60 of 2604 East Washington Street, Suffolk, VA died Wednesday, March 25, 2015 at Nansemond Pointe Rehabilitation and HealthCare Center. He was a native of Suffolk and the son of Annie Land and the late Joseph Land.He attended East Suffolk High School. Larry retired from Planters Peanut as a forklift driver.Besides his mother, Annie Land, he leaves to cherish his memory two daughters, Laneisha Burke of Suffolk and JoAnna Land Joseph (Charles) of Newport News, VA; stepdaughter, LaQuisa McGlone (Ronnie) of Suffolk; one son, Larry Thomas Land II of Suffolk; one sister, Patricia Calvie of Baltimore, MD; one brother, Robert Lee Jackson of Baltimore, MD; six grandchildren; favorite nephew, John Harris; and a host of other relatives and friends.A funeral service will be held at 12:00 noon, Tuesday, March 31, 2015 in the chapel of Crocker Funeral Home.
