He was born December 2, 1950 in Nansemond County. Rev. Woodley retired from the Norfolk Naval Shipyard after 31 years of service. His homegoing celebration will be Monday, April 13, 2015 at 12:00 noon at Oak Grove Baptist Church with Rev. Roger N. Greene , eulogist and the pastor is Dr. Anthony Copeland.
