Catherine CrockerCatherine Crocker Anderson, 67 affectionately known as “Cat” said good-be to all the pain and worry on Monday, June 29, 2015 at Sentara Obici Hospital. She was born March 14, 1948 to the late Luke and Thelma Crocker. She was preceded in death by her sister, Thelma Linda Newby; two brothers, William and Andrew Crocker.She received her education in the Suffolk Public School System. Catherine worked at QVC until her retirement. Catherine and Tim met and later in life, married."Cat” leaves many loved-ones to cherish her memory: her devoted husband, Robert Timothy Anderson; daughter, Bridgett Crocker Banks (Therman) of Stafford, VA; stepdaughter and caregiver, Channy Jennings of Suffolk, VA; stepson, Triston Savage; three grandchildren that she cherished, Chynna Savoy, Jordin Banks and Mia Banks of Stafford, VA ; one step grandson, Jerriamiah Holley of Suffolk; one sister, Clarine Staplefoot (Paul) of Lexington, NC; two aunts, Bertha Mae Powell of Suffolk and Ruth Hairston of Highpoint, NC; one uncle, James Stagg of Suffolk, VA; seven sister-in-laws, Ruth Crocker, April, Diane, Marian, Regina and Sandra Anderson all of Suffolk; five brother-in-laws, James Newby, Christopher, Jerry, Ricardo, Ronnie and Wayne Anderson; devoted; nieces, Jean Banks, Evan and Thelma Valerie Crump both of Lexington, NC, Ashley Crocker and Patrina Newby both of Suffolk; nephews, Lionel Staplefoot of Florida, Shawn Crocker of California, James Newby, Tony Newby and William C.
