Francis GrayFrances L. Gray, 81, of Chesapeake died June 30, 2015 at her residence. Frances Warren Gray, 81 of Isle of Wight County, was called home on June 30, 2015.She was proceeded in death by her parents, James H. and Josephine Wellons Warren; her children Gloria Gray Bland and Antoine Gray; siblings, George Warren, Sr., Mildred Wilson and Elizabeth Warren.Frances leaves to cherish her loving memory husband Wallace “June” Gray, Jr.; children, Wallace “Buttercup” and Larry Gray; grandchildren, Chanda Gray, Marcus and Melva Bland, Darrell Parker, Sr., Elder Patrick Reid, Brittany Lawton, Antione Gray; great-grandchildren, Rodney Bell, Jr. and Dominique T. D. Bell, Olivia, Mason and Darrell Parker Jr., Alexsis, Miracle and Miraya Reid; great-great grandchild, Kamarri Bell; siblings Mary Lou Berry (Claude) and James Warren (Cynthia); in-laws, Margaret and Charles Gray and a host of other family members and friends.She was a member of Missouri Baptist Church where she sung in the Senior Choir and served on the Pastor’s Aide and Missionary Committees. She worked at Smithfield Packing and Western Tidewater Mental Health Center. Her sharp tongue will be missed but we understand she had another place to go. She had to go the GREAT BIG CITY in the sky.A memorial service will be held at 3:00 p.m. Monday, July 6, 2015 at Missouri Baptist Church, Suffolk.
